1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with JurisLynx Consulting, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services are provided to corporate entities in accordance with applicable regulations in Switzerland.

2. Scope of Services

JurisLynx Consulting offers professional legal services for enterprises, including but not limited to corporate governance, compliance review, contract drafting, and dispute guidance.

3. Digital Products

We may offer informational materials in electronic form, such as guides, templates, and reports.

4. Physical Goods

From time to time, JurisLynx Consulting may provide printed manuals or supplementary materials.

5. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Clients may request changes to booked services no later than seven (7) days before the scheduled date. Subject to availability, appointments may be shifted to an alternative date. Cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the session are considered late and subject to the reimbursement policy below.

6. Reimbursement Policy

6.1 Reimbursements for Services

Cancellations communicated at least seven (7) days prior to a booked session qualify for full reimbursement via the original method of payment within fourteen (14) days of confirmation. If work has commenced in good faith—such as legal research or drafting—no reimbursement is available, as resources have already been allocated. However, clients may reschedule services under the terms set forth in Section 5.

6.2 Reimbursements for Digital Products

Requests for reimbursement of digital products must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Approved reimbursements are processed within seven (7) days of request confirmation, and access to the content will be revoked. No reimbursement requests are accepted after the fourteen (14)-day period, due to the immediate delivery of electronic materials.

6.3 Reimbursements for Physical Goods

Unused physical goods may be sent back to JurisLynx Consulting within thirty (30) days of delivery. Clients are responsible for shipping costs. Once returned items are received and inspected, a reimbursement is issued within fourteen (14) days via the original method of payment. Items showing signs of use or damage are not eligible for reimbursement.

7. Modifications to Terms

JurisLynx Consulting reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our site at www.jurislynxhub.com, and clients are responsible for reviewing them. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
